Abstract

The Journal of Distilling Science is happy to be able to present several posters as defended at the Annual Beam Institute Industry Conference March 11-13, 2024, inLexington KY. As posters, they have not been through the usual JDS triple-peer review process, only the base editorial inspection and acceptance. Their acceptance and defense then at the conference qualifying them for symposium type publication. Several more advertorial posters were declined based on the non-advertisement policy of this journal. Thus, taken as is, we feel the ones accepted do add some valuable contributions to our dedicated distilling community. The Journal team cannot accept any responsibility for errors, omissions or the statements of fact in such materials but believe that they are deemed worthy of inspection by the readers of our journal. This is a new feature for the JDS and the program may be repeated for other Conference event posters should there be no other avenue such as an actual conference symposium volume or other avenue(s) to air their ideas.
