SIPS Class 30: Art & Science, Commerce & Compliance

Spirits Institute Puget Sound (SIPS) hosts its 30th installment of its award-winning short course ~ Craft Distillation: Art & Science, Commerce & Compliance. This five-day workshop covers a wide range of subject matter, and culminates with a distilling session on a 2000-liter Figgins Reciprocator still.
